Coop's Coffee is “made-to-order.”
Nothing is pre-made, thus ensuring the freshest coffee available. Once your order is placed, the coffee product will be shipped once it is roasted and packaged (typically not on the same day you order it).
Usually, we can roast, package, then ship your coffee within the next few business days.

Orders Over $30
Free Shipping
Coop's Coffee provides free shipping on all orders in the USA that total over $30. The discount will automatically apply at checkout without requiring a discount code and only applies to shipments of Coop's Coffee products within the contiguous 48 states.

Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska
*Due to freight charges outside of the contiguous United States, free shipping is not available for international shipping, Hawaii, or Alaska.
Hawaii and Alaska will be calculated at checkout.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Can I buy Coop's Coffee online with free shipping?
Yes! When you purchase more than $30 of coffee through our online shop and you live within the contiguous 48 states of the USA, your shipping is 100% FREE.
What states do you ship to within the USA?
We provide shipping options via UPS and USPS to all 50 states in the USA. However, due to the extraordinary freight charges outside the 48 contiguous United States, free shipping is unavailable for Hawaii or Alaska. When an order totals over $30 and is being shipped to either Hawaii or Alaska, the total amount due will automatically show shipping as a separate cost.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. As we grow, we will review additional opportunities to expand our reach and customer base.
Can I have my coffee order shipped to a P.O. Box?
Most orders will be shipped via USPS, which does allow for P.O. Box delivery. If the order purchased exceeds 8 or more bags of coffee, the shipping carrier will be changed to UPS to better accommodate shipping availability and delivery times. If you have any specific questions regarding shipping or order quantity, please send us a message. We will do our best to accommodate.
How long will my Coop's Coffee order take?
Order to delivery could take 4-10 business days. The result is coffee arriving to you right at the peak of flavor. Expedited shipping is not available. Since all orders are custom made, packaged, and shipped, we have to account for the total time it takes for your premium coffee to be delivered the right way with the right quality.
How do I track my coffee delivery?
Please look for your order confirmation email in your inbox and click the “View Your Order” button to review the status of your delivery. From that page, you can also track your order via USPS or get updates by text.
Your package should be delivered on the scheduled delivery date. USPS and UPS capture shipment movement information when a tracking label is scanned in their delivery systems. However, there may be several days between scans if the shipment is going cross-country.

My order has not arrived, what happened?
We are sorry for the frustration you may be experiencing if your order has not arrived yet. Please look for your order confirmation email in your inbox and click the “View Your Order” button to review the status of your delivery. From that page, you can also track your order via USPS or UPS to get updates by text.
If your order does not say “Fulfilled” on the order detail page, then the USPS or UPS link will update you on the progress of your shipment. However, if it does say “Fulfilled” and the package is not at your confirmed delivery address, please send us a message.
I ordered the wrong coffee, what should I do?
If you just placed your order, have confirmed that the coffee has NOT shipped, and it is a weekday between 8:00 am – 4:30 pm CST, please send us a message immediately. If your coffee order has not already been prepared, we should be able to issue you a refund or correct the order.
If your coffee has already shipped or was delivered and either an error was made or you are not happy with the coffee, please send us a message so we can understand how to make it right. However, since coffee is a perishable product, we CANNOT accept any coffee returns.
Can I exchange my Coop's Coffee order?
Coffee is a perishable product, so we DO NOT accept any coffee returns. However, if an error was made, you are not happy with the coffee, or you received a damaged product, please contact us so we can make it right.
Please contact Coop's Coffee within 7 days of the delivery date should your coffee order arrive damaged or include the wrong product(s). All shipping charges are non-refundable, and the refund policy does not extend beyond the 7-day window.
What is your Refund Policy and do you accept returns?
Customers must contact Coop's Coffee within 7 days of the delivery date if an order arrives damaged or includes the wrong product(s). We will credit your account with a refund after our warehouse receives your non-perishable drinkware, wearables, or merchandise.
Coffee is a perishable product, so we DO NOT accept any coffee returns. However, if an error was made, if you are not happy with the coffee, or if you received a damaged product, please contact us so we can make it right.
