  • How It Works

    1. Pick Your Roast - Choose your favorite blend, size & quantity, and whether you’d like whole bean, ground, or coffee pods (select flavors).
    2. Freshly Roasted & Delivered - We roast in small batches and ship directly to your door every two weeks or monthly — your choice.
    3. Manage Anytime - Your subscription is fully flexible. Skip, pause, or change your plan anytime through your customer dashboard.

  • Subscription Policies

    • Billing: Your card will be charged automatically on your chosen schedule (biweekly or monthly). Payments are securely processed via PayWhirl.
    • Shipping: FREE for subscribers. You’ll get tracking info as soon as it’s on the way.
    • Changes or Cancellations: You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime through your subscription dashboard — just make changes 48 hours before your next charge.
    • Refunds: Because our coffee is roasted fresh for you, we don’t accept returns. If your order isn’t right, email us, and we’ll make it right.
